Stay Curious
The Rank Will Come

The Dojo is a community for Valorant players who believe that being curious and enjoying the game is the key to getting better.

Does this sound like you?

  • You have big dreams and ambition to improve and rank up.

  • You find it hard to enjoy the game unless you're winning and performing well.

  • You train your mechanics, watch videos, but still aren't ranking up.

You're not alone...

Ambition is a double edged sword. It emphasizes the grind, the hustle, and the achievements. But you've probably felt the burnout. That's because ambition doesn't always makes you better, it might make you quit.Instead of grinding, the Dojo focuses on curiosity. Curiosity pulls you forward and feeds you. Curiosity makes learning fun and enjoyable instead of a painful grind.

This is how we grow

  • Weekly Vod Reviews: Coaching to breakdown your gameplay to give you learning objectives so you aren't stuck spam queueing.

  • The Community: Find supportive peers, ask questions, and share your wins and losses.

I hit Radiant and spent a year trying to go pro, but it all came crashing down…

I’m Dopai, and when I started my journey to go pro in Valorant, I thought grinding harder was the answer.I spent a gap year after college competing in T3/T2 tournaments against players you still see on stage today. But the truth was, I sucked and I hated it.My inner critic was eating me alive. And I couldn't perform.
After that year was over, I had nothing to show for it.
I was a 95lb 21 year old failure.
It felt like everything was falling apart. I mean, who am I if i'm not good at video games? I felt completely burned out and alone.

Looking back now, it didn’t need to be that way.

If I spent a little bit of time looking for help from people who understood what it takes, maybe I’d be in a different place.Over the next several years, I went on a journey.
I coached hundreds of players and I studied them, along with myself. I eventually discovered something important.

Getting out of your head can't be done alone. Atleast I couldn't.

That’s why I built The Dojo.No player should ever feel like they’re grinding their life away, beating themselves up, and going nowhere. After playing and coaching Valorant for over 5 years, I've learned what works and what doesn't.

Valorant isn’t just about aim or diffing your opponent. It's about being curious. Wanting to understand your decisions, how to get impact, and consistency, this is where you’ll grow. You don't have to do it alone.

Here's some obligatory proof of my rank. This happened after I quit trying to go pro.
